Terms and Conditions of use of the Fin del Mundo showcase · Tierra del Fuego

1. The showcase is an official reference catalog of the destination, managed by the official tourism body. It does not process reservations or payments: all transactions are made directly between the traveler and the service provider, through each provider's own channels.

2. The information for each experience is uploaded and maintained by its provider, who is responsible for its accuracy and updates. The destination team supervises the published offers and may observe or remove publications.

3. Providers publish their offers for free and declare that they have the required permits according to current regulations for the activity they offer.

4. The use of the showcase implies acceptance of these terms. The official tourism body may update them; the current version is always the one published on this page.
