No. The showcase is an official reference catalog: here you discover experiences and providers, but the reservation and payment are always made through each provider's own channel, which we direct you to with a direct link.
On the page of each experience, you will find the "Consult" button, which connects you directly with the provider (WhatsApp, website, or phone). The transaction is completed directly with them.
Each provider uploads and maintains their own information. The official destination team supervises the published offerings and can observe or remove posts with issues.
Since the transaction is made with the provider, the first contact is with them. If you detect incorrect information or an irregular situation in the display, write to us at info@infuetur.gob.ar and the destination team will review it.
Register as a provider from "Apply now": your account becomes active instantly and an onboarding process guides you to set up your store. Your posts go online automatically once completed.
No, the showcase is a public initiative to promote the destination. Publishing your offer is free.
Each experience and your store include outbound links to your own channel (website, WhatsApp, phone). The platform does not intervene in the booking nor charge commissions: the customer is 100% yours.
Your posts are published automatically, but the destination team may review them later if they find something to correct (incomplete information, images, contact details). You will see the details in your panel; correct it and republish.
